Based in Haute-Saône, Gilles Damour, self-taught and self-employed, took up knife making after retiring. He designs and makes his own knife models, passionately pursuing this craft.

Over the course of his journey, he had the exceptional opportunity to meet two eminent knife makers. These encounters developed into lasting friendships, enabling them to share their expertise and valuable advice with Gilles.
