Knife by Artisan DG Coutellerie

Based in Haute-Saône, the artisan cutlery of the knifemaker Gilles Damour, self-taught and self-employed, embarked on cutlery after retiring. He designs and makes his own knife models, passionately devoting himself to this craft.

Over the course of his career, he had the exceptional opportunity to meet two eminent knifemakers. These encounters developed into a lasting friendship, allowing them to share their know-how and valuable advice with Gilles. These exchanges gave him the opportunity to deepen his knowledge and broaden his experience in the field of knifemaking.
