Laurent Gaillard

Since 1993, I have devoted my life to making knives. This passion has become my profession, a harmonious fusion of art and craftsmanship.

My early days were marked by the creation of hunting knives, Bowies and camping knives. However, with an increasingly urban clientele, I chose to specialise mainly in the design of folding knives, with an emphasis on slipjoint models.

On this website, I endeavour to present available pieces regularly, but I would like to inform my customers that I no longer accept individual orders. This choice is justified by my wish to devote my time to carefully preparing for the shows in which I take part and to building up a stock of knives throughout the year.

The end-of-year festive period is specially reserved for making the knives ordered by my retailers. It is a privileged time when each piece comes to life with the care and dedication I put into each of my creations.
