At the heart of the majestic Fontainebleau forest, among the horses and natural charm of La Genevraye (77), just 10 km from the town of Fontainebleau, lies our workshop dedicated to crafting knives of exceptional quality, intended to satisfy enthusiasts of this iconic object.

I am Yann Nominé, trained in the art of knifemaking in Thiers and Laguiole, and I am proud to have established my workshop here, together with my partner Renaud Dumarçay. Our artisan cutlery workshop, located in the hamlet of Cugny, offers a range of knives distinguished by their deep attachment to our region.
