Arnaud Dallier

Arnaud Dallier, an artisan knifemaker qualified in cabinetmaking, marquetry and guitar making, is a professional with a wide range of skills.

He began his career as a guitar maker, developing meticulousness, finesse and precision in his work. His experience also extended to various roles in the aerospace industry, where he worked as a quality inspector.

In 2020, during the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, he devoted his time to exploring knife making, a long-considered project. Spending hours designing, drawing and making tools, such as a gas forge, he finally saw his first knife come to life.

Passionate about this ancestral tool, his main aim is to design, create and develop his own ranges of knives, a passion he pursues full-time!

A self-taught person eager for knowledge, he attended advanced knifemaking courses to expand his expertise and refine his creations.
