Atelier Legoff
When he was younger, he was undecided about his career choice. He began studying business by default, with no clear direction.
However, his attraction to manual work continued to grow, and everything changed when he watched a television report about a blacksmith making pieces for the cinema.
This moment proved decisive, sparking in him a passionate interest in this profession. He confirmed his choice during an introductory placement alongside the renowned knifemaker Mathieu Callejon, where he made his first blade.
Originally from the mountains of Aveyron, he began his apprenticeship in the Jura, learning the basics of forging while studying for a CAP in Artistic Ironwork at Ferdinand Fillod secondary school, renowned for its expertise in metalworking.
His training continued in Laguiole, alternating between the company Benoît l'Artisan and the school in Thiers to hone his knife-making skills.
His career then took him to Thiers, where he joined Atelier Perceval. Over a decade, he rose through the ranks within this renowned company, moving from worker to project manager, marking significant progression in his career.
