Handcrafted Arnaud Dallier folding knife

Arnaud Dallier, a knife-making artisan qualified in cabinetmaking, marquetry and guitar making, is a professional with a wide range of skills.

He began his career as a guitar maker, developing meticulousness, finesse and precision in his work. His experience also extended to various roles in the aerospace industry, where he worked as a quality inspector.

In 2020, during the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, he devoted his time to exploring the making of handcrafted knives, a long-envisaged project. Spending hours designing, drawing and making tools, such as a gas forge, he finally saw his first knife come to life.

Passionate about this ancestral tool, his main objective is to design, create and develop his own ranges of knives, a passion he pursues full time!

As a self-taught person eager for knowledge, he attended advanced training courses in cutlery to enhance his expertise and perfect his creations.
