Since its foundation in 1948, at the majestic foot of Montoncel, in the municipality of Arconsat, the BJB company (Blettery Jean Bêche), now under the management of Marc Blettery, has followed the evolution of cutlery step by step. From designing blades for ceramics to bamboo handles, from steak knives to magnificent rosewood species, BJB has evolved with the times.

Today, BJB stands out by specialising in its region’s emblematic knife, the famous Thiers. We offer an extensive range comprising around thirty variations of this iconic model. From spreaders to 20 cm kitchen knives, from pizza knives to pocket knives, each variation is the result of meticulous work and boundless passion.

Among our offerings, you will also discover a varied range of Laguiole knives, including exclusive models such as "Le 1948 par BJB" and "Le Bistrot revisité par BJB". But that is not all!
