Gabriel and Solange, known as “GOYON-CHAZEAU”, refined their expertise in high-end cutlery. Their craftsmanship, initially centred on polishing, was enhanced by remarkable mastery of stainless steel welding, resulting in unique and distinguished creations.
Recognised for the exceptional quality of their work, they earned the trust of the most prestigious cutlery shops, being entrusted with orders from major accounts. This recognition enabled them to develop their business and refine their expertise further, knife after knife, blade after blade.
